Four numbers. We tell you exactly where your acquisition cost sits inside your category — and how far you are from the line where scaling stops working.
Not a survey. Not an agency deck. The baseline is 2026 Meta advertising benchmarks by category — CPC, CVR and AOV medians compiled from platform-reported data across e-commerce, SaaS, local services and nine other verticals.
Every submission you and everyone else makes is anonymised, stripped of identifying data, and folded into the distribution. Once a category passes 30 real submissions, the percentile switches from the published baseline to the live distribution. The number you see gets more accurate every day, and nobody else has it.
We show you the sample size. We do not invent it.
Every advertiser is told their CAC is too high. Nobody can tell them by how much, because the only people who know the real numbers are the ones who never share them.
So the benchmarks that circulate are either three years old, or written by someone selling you a fix. Both are useless when you are deciding whether to add $5,000 next month.
TrueBench is the boring version: real numbers, updated, no upsell to an agency.
